We aim to get products out to you within 2-5 days depending on availability. If there is a delivery charge, we are not in business to profit from shipping. You will be charged what we are charged after GST is added with a small alowence for handeling costs.

Returns & Replacements (online customers)
Please select your purchases carefully, as we do not provide ‘change of mind’ returns.
If you believe a product acquired from the Aquamatic Irrigation Store is defective, you may have a right of return. Customer will be required to pay for all costs of shipments & handeling expences. Depending on product it may need to be assessed by the manufacturer and a decision made in relation to if it is user error or manufacturer fault.
If the product has arrived damaged, we will need photos of unopened box for proof of damage in transit.
Ordering (online customers)
You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered.
Cancellations of goods ordered will only be accepted before 5.00pm on the same day as goods are ordered ONLY
Equipment and Supplies may change the prices published on this website at any time. Prices of orders still ‘in progress’ but not completed are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of order completion.

Images shown on this website are a general guide to the product in stock. For example a poly tee is made by several manufacturers so we will supply you with the brand we currently have in stock unless you specify with us directly. Please note that Aquamatic only stocks the best quality and tested brands, special specific brand orders may incur extra costs.

Pickup for Existing Local Account Holders
Please aim to have orders in before 12pm for same day packing. Emailed orders will be checked every morning and noon. Once you have placed an order with us online, we will aim to have it packed during that days trade. We will endeavour to keep our system inventory updated and correct however mistakes can happen. We will call you if there is a short fall.
